Exceptional

Staff are extremely friendly and can accommodate various requests, including late checkouts. They also offer a helpline via WhatsApp to ensure everything is going well. With the pool, splash tower, and beach, there are plenty of activities to do throughout the day and none of them are overcrowded. The food was also exceptional with a lot of variety.

Excellent

A hotel nestled in beautiful nature. The staff were friendly and helpful. The distance to the sea was very close and the sea was clean. We didn't get bored at all during our 6-day stay. There is a small zoo and the children loved it. Thank you, Crystal Flora

Everything is great

Nice classy club hotel. I liked everything: room, territory, everything is excellent. The cuisine is wonderful, large common restaurant, no crowds of people snatching all the food. A lovely day on the beach (sand specially washed away). The bars are not bad, at first it seems like almost nothing, but if you look closer, there is a full list of main alcohol for 5-star present, bartenders put it not behind them as everywhere, but in front of them at the bar counter, and clients can't see it. The downside, as everywhere, sunbeds are always busy! both on the beach and at the pool, no one free, every time we arrive it's the same story. Children said they saw huge cockroaches in the public toilets located on the territory.

We really liked it overall. Special thanks to the girls at Guest Relations, the loveliest beings radiating joy and kindness always ready to help!❤️

And they also gave us club mugs as a gift separately upon departure👍.

Water parks, beach bar

Rooms are like inns, lacking sunlight, old, not satisfactory. Particularly, the quality of food in the seafood restaurant was poor.
