ElenaAt a 5* level it clearly falls short.
1. Lack of parking spaces/valet parking service. Parking is far from the hotel and very inconvenient way back. This is not what a traveler wants after a long journey.
2. The pastry chef refused ice cream to the child and said it was finished. Although they gave ice cream to others.
3. The Wi-Fi network was constantly disconnecting, password request was 10 times a day. No network at the beach at all.
4. The child was signed up for a T-shirt drawing, but then they said they wouldn't draw. My daughter cried from disappointment.
5. Upon check-in, the shampoo dispenser was broken in the room. Had to wait for a new one to be brought. Why not check this during room preparation?
6. Very complicated system of when and where one can eat. After two days, we still didn't figure it out.
7. Lack of civilization around. Had to drive to the nearest pharmacy. Good thing we have our own car.
8. The fridge in the room doesn't cool drinks at all.
9. The air conditioner in the room rattles like a tractor in the field and makes loud noises.
10. No pillow menu and only one blanket on a large bed. My neck hurts.
