The staff was very friendly! They are all helpful, speak English and Russian. The location is great. You can walk to the coast within 20-30 minutes. The shops are close, but it's not too crowded because it's not downtown (which is a big advantage for me). A small kitchen was also good to have. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for me.
Sometimes it was a bit disturbing with the noise from airplanes. Sound insulation is not perfect, but headphones solved it for me.
