Despite these minor points, we had a very nice vacation. Club Hotel Turan Prince World is beautiful.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is undoubtedly its spacious grounds. The area is well-maintained, with lots of greenery, flowers, and palm trees. There is plenty of space for peaceful walks and everywhere there is a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The gardeners clearly do their work with great care and keep everything tidy.

The small zoo is also a nice addition, especially for families with children. In addition, the hotel has a large sandy beach where you can usually find a spot easily.

The food is varied and there is something delicious for everyone. The buffet is constantly replenished, so there is also plenty of choices later in the evening. The hot dishes remain at a good temperature and there are also several a-la-carte restaurants that provide some extra variety.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Especially the ladies from Guest Relations deserve a special mention: they are always helpful, friendly, and ready to answer questions or help where needed.

The hotel is ideal for families. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, with many facilities for children. The evening entertainment fits well with the hotel's family-friendly character. For those looking for a bit more entertainment, there is also a nightclub available.

As a small point to note, the lifeguards in the water park could sometimes communicate with guests in a calmer and friendlier manner. Of course, we understand that safety is their top priority and they carry a great responsibility, but a softer approach would make the experience even more enjoyable.

The entertainment is more of a nice addition than a reason to specifically choose this hotel. For a relaxing family vacation, it is certainly sufficient, but those looking for very professional and extensive entertainment should take that into consideration.

In our opinion, the prices for some extra services within the hotel are quite high. A slightly more flexible pricing policy would certainly be appreciated by the guests.

In addition, it would be nice if the management could show a bit more flexibility and a more personal approach in certain situations. Small gestures or compromises would make the service even warmer and more customer-friendly.

Poor hygiene: dead flies found in the food, unpleasant taste, disgusting flavours, and low-quality food throughout the entire week of stay.

The food was revolting, lacked variety, and poorly cooked! Only cheap, unpleasant items with many dead flies, which were a significant problem there.

Everything, it felt like a paradise for us!
