Despite these minor points of attention, we had a very nice holiday. Club Hotel Turan Prince World is beautiful.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is without a doubt the spacious area. The grounds are well maintained, with lots of greenery, flowers, and palm trees. There is plenty of space for a peaceful walk and everywhere there is a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The gardeners clearly do their work with care and keep everything tidy.

The small zoo is also a nice extra, especially for families with children. In addition, the hotel has a large sandy beach where you can usually easily find a spot.

The food is varied and there is something delicious for everyone. The buffet is constantly replenished, so there is still plenty of choice later in the evening. The hot dishes stay at the right temperature and there are also several à-la-carte restaurants that provide some extra variety.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Especially the ladies from Guest Relations deserve a special mention: they are always helpful, friendly, and ready to answer questions or help where needed.

The hotel is ideal for families. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, with many facilities for children. The evening entertainment fits well within the family-friendly character of the hotel. For those looking for a bit more entertainment, there is also a nightclub on site.

As a minor point of attention, the lifeguards in the water park could sometimes communicate with the guests in a calmer and friendlier manner. Of course, we understand that safety is their top priority and that they have a great responsibility, but a softer approach would make the experience even more pleasant.

The entertainment is more of a nice extra than a reason to specifically choose this hotel. For a relaxing family holiday, it is certainly sufficient, but those looking for very professional and extensive entertainment should take that into account.

The prices for some additional services within the hotel are, in our opinion, quite high. A slightly more flexible pricing policy would certainly be appreciated by the guests.

In addition, it would be nice if the management could show a bit more flexibility and a more personal approach in certain situations. Small gestures or compromises would make the service even warmer and more customer-friendly.

Poor hygiene: dead flies in food, bad taste, disgusting flavours, and poor quality food throughout the entire week's stay.

The food was disgusting, not cooked, and lacked variety! Just cheap, disgusting items with lots of dead flies - flies being a significant issue there.
