A 3-star rating is acceptable, but the staff deserves 4 stars, so I hope for a little more attention.

The location is very nice, suitable for going out and exploring in the evenings, the staff is friendly, a family hotel.

The lack of an elevator, rooms are not clean, need maintenance

The description does not match reality but still very good points!

The staff is available and pleasant. The housekeepers are great, they come every day. Each day and each meal had a different and representative choice of Turkish cuisine.

The pool opening hours are too restricted for children. The pool cleanliness is very average and the floor tiles are very dangerous because they are not suitable. The room facilities are basic but okay for the price, just lacking storage space. For all-inclusive, the drinks are not varied enough. The afternoon snack is too simple, no ice creams or fruit choices despite the high temperatures in the region.

Will not return, despite efforts of staff.

Good service, especially barman and driver to private beach. Evening meals quite good. Restaurant staff good.

Breakfast very poor, no fruit. Smokers spoil meals, should have no smoking area. Poor dessert selection. Poor location for beach - private beach not walkable and only one bus a day each way. Paid WiFi only for one device and not good value. Several power cuts. No beach or pool towels.
