Nice location, 15 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Kemer
Staff generally somewhat absent without being unpleasant
Imperfect cleanliness: one of the two rented accommodations was frankly dirty upon arrival (dirty dishes in the drawers, stained sheets...)
Kitchen and minibar closed; no amenities available (including breakfast)
Overall, a lack of rigor in the maintenance of the establishment: many equipments to repair (missing light bulbs, leaking toilet flush, half-working hob, chemicals left by the pool, crumpled laundry in hallway cupboards...)
The value for money remains fair but with a little effort and maintenance, the hotel could really project a more appealing image
