Excellent location and good value for the price
We stayed in a basement room that lacked windows. The door was faulty, making it difficult to open and close (it would get stuck). The bedding was minimal (no top sheet, only a blanket).

Under the bed tons of trash and the shower completely full of black mold in the bathroom.
