Very convenient location, it is possible to reach any part of the city. There are plenty of completely different establishments nearby, from cheaper to more expensive. The store is a 7-minute walk away. In the apartments themselves, you can cook yourself, there is 1 stove, a refrigerator, a sink, and necessary utensils. I have seen many reviews regarding insects, but after 2 weeks of stay we did not see a single cockroach or anything else, everything was excellent. From the balcony, there is a magnificent view of the mountains. The room itself is very comfortable, although not large. I really liked the host. He is a kind man, helps to understand the places to visit and overall it is very interesting to chat on neutral topics. You can also do laundry, it costs 200 lira. The washing machine works well and a lot of laundry powder is provided. There are several paid beaches nearby, to reach the free one you will need to drive, but there is a tram nearby that goes directly to it. The impressions are very good, if I visit this place again, I will stay in these apartments.

Location.

The host, Sharif, was disrespectful, especially after I complained about the noise of the air conditioner due to a fault in its fan and I couldn't sleep on the first day. When I called to tell him about the noise and if it was possible for me to get another room, he did not deal with it appropriately, as he was hostile and arrogant.

Then, the place was dilapidated and unclean, and no one came to clean daily. After three days, I called his son, who told me that cleaning would start after the first week. But after he called his father, he sent someone to clean, and that was only for a week. Also, there were ants sharing the room; you'd find them everywhere.
