We always return to this hotel.

I adore the location and spaciousness of the rooms. This hotel is very affordable, with large rooms decorated like a home and plenty of parking. It's also very secure. My daughter considers it her home.

Rarely experienced anything so terrible - Booking should immediately remove this hotel

I am a Genius customer and have booked dozens of hotels via Booking.com, but this was without a doubt the worst stay ever. The hotel was downright awful. Everything was dirty: the room, the bathroom, the bedding - it seemed like nothing had been cleaned in months. Dirty smells, stains everywhere, and an overall state of decay.

And as if that wasn't enough, we saw multiple cockroaches and other bugs in the room. It was truly a horror night. We had booked and paid for two nights, but we could literally only endure one night. The next morning we left in a hurry - it was that bad.

The staff, especially the owner, was disrespectful and completely unwelcoming. No interest in complaints, no solution, nothing. In fact, the owner offered us a 'free breakfast', but only if we paid in cash and not via Booking.com. Such practices are unacceptable and downright suspicious.

What surprises me the most: how can Booking.com allow such locations to still be on the platform? The photos are completely misleading, the information is incorrect, and the reality is a nightmare. I not only feel scammed, but also seriously let down by a platform I always trusted.

As a loyal Booking customer, I expect this to be taken seriously. This hotel is a downright disgrace to the entire platform.

My advice: stay far away from here. Do not book here, not even for an emergency. Even sleeping in your car is a better option than this place
