Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were fresh and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Great service from start to finish. We stayed at this hotel with our family for 6 nights, and we were extremely happy with our choice.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly, respectful, and professional staff. We were given two rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were always spotless and perfectly maintained.
The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. A special thank you to Ms. Farnaz, whose kindness, cheerful attitude, and professionalism made every meal even more enjoyable. She truly helped make our stay more pleasant.
What truly sets this hotel apart from many others is its outstanding reception team. All of the reception staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy and stress-free. We would especially like to thank Mr. Babak, who was exceptionally kind, professional, patient, and spoke several languages fluently. His warm attitude, valuable guidance, and constant willingness to help played a significant role in making our stay memorable.
We would also like to thank the hotel management and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. If we return to this city in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
