Uncomfortable and run-down rooms, at least two-levels.

Good location, original building architecture and furniture design, presence of dishwashers and washing machines, air conditioners cope with cooling, staff and even the owner try to help, but this is not enough. Beautiful garden and bedroom on the first floor of a two-level room.

We moved from room 421 to 422. Both rooms need cosmetic repairs: wallpaper and doors are scratched and damaged, furniture needs cleaning as it is stained by guests, covered in paint stains, grout and other construction materials, and some parts need restoration and maintenance: hinges are creaking, some things are broken - sockets and switches. Ceilings and walls have traces of leaks that are not fixed.

The lighting is dim, especially in dark areas. Among the bedding and towels, it is difficult to find items without holes or stains. If you do not know how to wash them, pay attention to colored items, different from white, and you can at least patch the holes.

Dishwashers - shaky, coped with their function only once, although we pre-rinsed the dishes. The unit has already lost parts of guides and rollers, on which pull-out baskets move, many holders are bent.

From the air conditioners in the rooms, there is a musty smell, as they were either not cleaned or not cleaned for a long time. One of them, judging by the inflated upholstery, has long been leaking right at the corner of the bed in the upper bedroom of room 422, but it seems that neither residents nor staff paid attention to this, which says a lot about the attitude towards what is happening and other issues.

Quality-wise, as far as we were allowed to assess the poor lighting, only the bathrooms are cleaned: floors remain stained after cleaning, furniture, especially the kitchen one, is stained.

I accidentally indicated that one of the 4 resting babies, so they demanded extra payment from us, while they refused to give a discount for the night, which we spent on cleaning rooms and moving. They responded to the complaints about the condition of the premises that the damages should not worry us.

All bedrooms are shabby, except for the lower one, and in the upper two-person, there is a terribly low and creaky bed with a bad mattress.

If the listed problems are not resolved, the hotel will face a decline: soon the owner and staff will not care about its condition, and the guests will complete its destruction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

A special thank you to Hussien, who greeted me warmly when I arrived several hours before the official check-in time. Although my room wasn't ready yet, he kindly offered me a place to rest while I waited. That thoughtful gesture made a great first impression and was truly appreciated.

The excellent service and genuine hospitality of the entire team made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
