The hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The privacy, service, cleanliness, and food were excellent. Especially noteworthy was the excellent butler service.
The staff were always motivated, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. It was evident that they were very well-trained and consistently service-oriented.
The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The hotel concept is perfect for people who value privacy and do not like overcrowded hotel complexes.
The interior design was exceptionally beautiful, carefully thought out to the smallest detail, and harmoniously coordinated. The smart home features proved to be extremely practical. Also, the Instax photos that could be taken as a souvenir were a wonderful idea and rounded off our vacation in a special way.
Another major advantage is that guests can use the facilities of the nearby Ali Bey Resorts. Families in particular benefit from the kids' club and playground, which are an excellent addition to the already outstanding offer.
An absolute recommendation for us - every single cent was worth it.
