Expensive-looking, lots of entertainment and food options

My child threw up all night for the first time in his life. I myself had gastroenteritis symptoms 3 times during a 6-day stay in the hotel. One time was clearly from undercooked beef, others could be manifestations of rotavirus, which also speaks to the staff's incompetence and unsanitary conditions. Overall, if you're not looking to gain weight on all inclusive, this hotel is a great choice. I lost 2 kg in a week. Other guests, as they told, faced the same problems.

Hotel 10/10. Very clean, variety of food, friendly staff, pool, kids room. Very high quality. No scratches on dishes (usually hotels in Turkey make this mistake), perfectly washed towels and linens. Free mini-bar refilled daily. Smart house system in each room. Absolutely luxurious hotel! Keep it up!

Overall, nice hotel with good facilities and friendly and attentive staff.

Great amenities (including children's pool, children's water park, kids club, evening entertainment etc.), excellent dining options (multiple restaurants / cafes, food quality was generally good although staff cooks meat better than fish).

The hotel tends to overbook and initially offered us alternative rooms (lower standard / fewer rooms). We had to spend three hours explaining that the options they provided were not suitable, which was quite disappointing for the check-in process, especially arriving at 10pm with two tired young children. To have your room cleaned, you must not only press the button that indicates a request outside the door, but also flag down a member of staff, as otherwise they may overlook the signs.
