Very beautiful hotel, well-maintained, lovely pools, delicious meals, kids' entertainment
- The hotel staff was catastrophic, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or at the bar. The worst was the reception: no smiles, you could stand in front of them for 1 hour and nobody would tell you to approach, you always feel like you're bothering them.
- Another negative point: I understand that the hotel is mainly occupied by Russians, but English should also be spoken when addressing everyone...
