Very changeable.

The location.

1. Seven o'clock in the morning, the pool is hardly visited, but all lounge chairs are already occupied with towels, bags, and other items. There is a rule in the hotel to prevent this, but the management does nothing to enforce it.

2. The quality of the staff is very different. Some of the employees do an excellent job. Others forget an order now and then; we were even approached aggressively by a waiter once. Until now, it is not clear to us what had caused his displeasure.

3. Three days before our departure, I had reserved a car for 8 o'clock at the hotel reception for the ride to the airport. An employee at the reception had recommended that I take a better car for just 10 euros more and noted my reservation. When we wanted to depart for Antalya Airport at 8 o'clock in the morning, there was no car. There was no note about it at the reception either. The hotel manager appeared, briefly introduced herself, suggested we speak German instead of English, and instead of apologizing, she told me not to stress out. At that moment, I was far from that. The reception staff took care of a car in the meantime, and eventually, we could depart for the airport with a half-hour delay.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would gladly return.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this lodging.

What I valued the most was the staff. They are truly dedicated to ensuring every guest's satisfaction. If something isn't quite right, they go above and beyond to rectify it and enhance your stay for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Their level of care and attention is outstanding.

This is a lovely location where you can fully unwind from the daily hustle and bustle. The ambiance is so serene that, if you remain on the premises, you almost forget you're in Turkey. It's like entering a different realm.

I also highly suggest the group fitness sessions. The instructor is superb, and her classes are top-notch. I participated in five yoga and Pilates sessions and relished each one.

The only minor detail I missed was some tranquil music around the primary swimming pool. If you're by the bar, you can hear the music, but in other areas, it seems a bit too quiet.

Lastly, this isn't a critique of the hotel but rather a comical observation about certain guests. It was amusing to see people hurrying out at 6 or 7 in the morning to reserve sun loungers, while I just sat peacefully, enjoying the stunning sunrise.
