The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The place was very bad and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The only thing I liked was the food; it was quite good.

I did not like the way the staff treated us. The rooms and bathroom were extremely unclean. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, and the room was very hot. This was the second time we requested to change the room, but unfortunately, the same problems were present in the second room as well. The place was generally not clean, the staff were unhelpful and there was very little cooperation. The dining period also ended very quickly, with no flexibility or cooperation from the staff. There was also an unpleasant smell in the property, the bed sheets were not changed, and there were not enough bathroom amenities provided. Overall, the place was extremely disappointing. We paid a large amount for our stay, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory and I did not like the hotel.

Very Good

I really enjoyed the amenities, the cleanliness, and the pool. Everything was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.

Just one small piece of constructive criticism: I think it would be better to focus less on the appearance and variety of the pastries and more on their quality and taste — even if that meant offering just one type of pastry, but making it truly delicious.
