Friendly staff at the reception. Nice breakfast room.

Hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. Open electrical board. Previous eviction from the hotel due to the hotel renovation, which was not disclosed to me before my arrival at the hotel by Booking.com.

I had booked a week in this hotel. The day after my arrival, the hotel staff informed me that I had to leave the hotel in 2 days because it was being renovated. This information was new to me, and despite multiple contacts by email and phone (the calls were abruptly ended by the staff during the conversation - a cheek), Booking.com did not take care of alternative accommodation. It is important to note that the Booking.com website and app are blocked in Turkey, so if you are in Turkey, you cannot book anything yourself - I couldn't even book alternative accommodation through Booking.com.

In the delayed emails from Booking.com, it was stated that Booking.com would cover the additional costs of the alternative accommodation - which did not happen. I was only refunded for the days of my original accommodation that were not used (after several back and forth emails). It is evident that a last-minute booking always costs more than one booked in advance.

I will not use Booking.com for my trips to Turkey in the future - this terrible experience of being left on my own expenses in a foreign country by Booking.com is more than enough for me! A very poor service from Booking.com!

The lobby bar offers an impressive experience for both breakfast and dinner. The sea view is truly spectacular.

The breakfast menu is limited. Only tea is complimentary. Orange juice comes at an additional cost. Housekeeping missed our room for a day, but promptly serviced it after we informed reception.

Not worth it

Nothing, everything was really bad

Literally nothing pleased us... hotel looks nice in the picture but once you want to take the elevator it all goes wrong. The elevator is dirty, very old, unsafe, and so on... Once you arrive upstairs, it stinks and there are paint stains everywhere in the room! It can't get any worse, there is dust and dirt everywhere, the sheets are not changed, hair on the floor and sink, ashes everywhere on the terrace, mold in the bathroom...
