The staff was smiling and very caring. The hotel is very clean and has a great location, near the Hadrian's Gate. I had an issue and they were very understanding. If I ever had to go back to a hotel there, I would come back here without hesitation.

Very good location, close to the old town and nice restaurants, large room on the ground floor.
Uncomfortable beds, instead of a thin duvet there was a "cover" resembling a towel, which made sleeping difficult.
Shower in the bathroom without glass or any curtain, which caused the whole floor and everything in the bathroom to be wet and floating.

Great location, but honestly that's all you're getting, would recommend it for a convenient and good value stay. Was really excited to chill in the garden but it wasn't functioning when I was there.
