Hotel with all amenities

Room a bit old and too crowded

Good

The food, the friendly staff, Wet & Wild, the hygiene, plenty of choice at the buffets or pool fun

Not enough staff at the buffets, so you had to wait a long time for a clean table or drinks (the tables were always full so as soon as someone left, you wanted to sit there but then you had to wait until the table was cleared), also with small children it was difficult, for example, to go to the kids' club for a while if you had something to do in the room yourself or if you had booked a massage or something because all activities were at a distance by bus.

I also think that everything that can be booked at the hotel is too expensive. Such as an à la carte restaurant or a beach hut or something.

Disappointing

Staff unfriendly. The food was very poor. The restaurant is understaffed, resulting in long waiting times. My car was simply parked on the side of the street.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel! Price quality! Pleasant and responsive staff! There are all conditions for an excellent vacation!!!
