Terrible staff.

Good location.

Friendly manager in the kitchen and manager at the bar by the disco.

Aykut and Ahmet, whose names I know, and the animation team are very friendly and do their job very well.

With the exceptions mentioned above, very unfriendly and bad staff.

If you are not an attractive woman or do not give money, you will receive a grumpy face and be treated as an animal.

On day one, kitchen staff brought an unsolicited drink, which I can get for free (all inc). It seems very nice, but then they ask for money. Asking for this is one thing, and the second is that if you don't give it, they treat you like garbage for the rest of your holiday.

Staff spends the whole day trying to flirt with ladies and is busy all day trying to succeed with them, they pull the most bizarre scenes to make an impression. Really all people with a lack of manners, general culture, values, norms and respect.

There is no work ethic, customer friendliness, and service orientation.

The local male guests at the hotel are also out all day to score with women and approach every present woman in the hotel one by one, a bit like a 'if it breathes, it scores' mentality.

Little variety in the menu, almost the same every day.

Drinks are bad.

Limited general activities and variety.

I hope that the management will address these points and in the coming seasons and years be stricter and more selective in their staff and certain local guests.

Very beautiful hotel with much more potential as long as it is not ruined by the staff and certain individuals.
