This hotel has absolutely nothing to do with All Inclusive Plus. The food was almost the same every day, hardly any choice. Some olives were partially moldy and the fruit was often mushy and inedible. Even the noodles didn't taste good. I only ate at the hotel twice in 9 days and had to order food or eat outside on six days.
The rooms were dirty. The floor and mirrors were not cleaned for days despite complaints. The dishes were dirty. Toilet paper, drinks, and other items were not replenished. I had to ask multiple times for drinks to be refilled, even for my one-year-old son.
The mattress was completely worn out and the bed creaked loudly with every movement. We woke up every morning with back pain.
The maids and even their boss were extremely loud, constantly talking and shouting in the corridors. When I asked them to be quieter, the boss was unfriendly and just kept talking on the phone. Our baby couldn't take a nap because of the noise.
The beach is too far away. The shuttle is an ancient, overcrowded Dolmus without air conditioning - a real hardship in over 40 degrees.
In 9 days, we only received beach towels three times because apparently there were none available.
The only good thing was the waiters. They were friendly but far too few.
Furthermore, every evening we were approached by staff and asked to write a good review. They even wanted to see or take a photo to prove that we had left a review. This explains many of the positive reviews to me.
Many other guests also complained daily about the food, cleanliness, and service.
For us, it's clear: Never again! We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.
