Room 2343 - luxury sea view

One of the few hotel's advantages is the excellent cuisine of the main restaurant, which is outstanding without exaggeration. This 32nd tested 5* hotel by the 'all Inclusive' system deserves to be considered an undisputed leader in terms of variety of snacks, main dishes, desserts, and fruit quality. The chefs cook very deliciously, and the assortment of dishes changes daily. The staff of the main restaurant is impeccable. Bravo!

The rooms are large and bright. The pillows are comfortable. The WiFi is of good quality and accessible throughout the hotel grounds.

In the autumn of 2024, this hotel was named Amara Luxury Resort, indicating a lack of sufficient time for interior refurbishment and hiring good staff. Most of the main building is closed for occupancy, but the sea view rooms and pools have been noticeably renovated. However, the interior of the corridors is simply neglected, with a lot of trash. On the third floor, there has been an unpleasant smell of urine from the sofa in the corridor all week (and still) and the silver lift, previously used by staff, is now open to everyone, full of dirt and odors, competing with the Harlem lodgers. It was never cleaned up even once in a week. On the day of check-out, the lift was being repaired without any prior warning signs, and in the evening, we encountered a red-faced talk about poor repair work. The lift fell from the 1st to basement level, with the maximum possible vertebral overload.

The corridor floor covering is dirty and unsuitable for wheelchairs and strollers.

Housekeeping is untimely (09:04-17:30), and the room was cleaned disgustingly; shampoo was not added even once.

The air conditioning is very powerful but installed and adjusted incorrectly (air blows straight under the bed). This forces it to be run at maximum power, increasing the hotel's expenses.

Check-in was very poor, with five people at an empty reception pretending not to notice clients.

Check-out was okay, fast and correct.

The staff of RIVA BELLA restaurant simply needs to be fired en masse: lazy, indifferent people with empty eyes pretending to work. They could not serve us within 1 hour in an empty hall. The restaurant menu is uninteresting.

The staff working in the glass office for tourist operations (opposite to the reception) is downright repulsive in their unwillingness to notice you. They do not offer any excursions.

The villa area reserved for staff accommodations is VERY DIRTY. Puddles turned into swamps, drying men's underwear with yellow stains, used condoms under the windows.
