Bad hotel in Antalya.

The beach.
Poor reception, no meat or fish in the restaurants even though there is a market nearby and we paid 1600€ for all inclusive!!!!! It's scandalous!!!!!, horrible customer service, they don't change the bed sheets, the pillows are dirty, the food is expired. A scam!!!! I strongly advise against Armas Labada!!!

Very Good

I enjoyed the pool, lobby, and restaurant. The overall layout was very comfortable and the beach was nice. The food had good variety, especially the BBQ area for both dinner and breakfast!
I did not like the room - it was dark, needed maintenance, and had ants. The bathroom floor was leaking, the glass was repaired and smelled of silicon for more than 3 days. There was mold on the bathroom walls. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. The staff spoke Russian, but had limited English skills. The entertainment seemed amateur, especially the internal evening events. The external dancers and singers were nice. Overall, I feel the hotel is somewhat overrated as a 5-star property.

The staff, especially the young people at the bar, are very polite and smiling. The sea is right next to the hotel. Although we arrived early, they welcomed us very well.
They could be a bit more careful about the meals. There was almost no red meat.

Improve the quality of cleaning

Loved it, beautiful, clean sea. Good beach by the sea, which allows you to comfortably hide from the sun.
Very old hotel, beds are so hard that you wake up in the morning feeling like you were beaten. The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. The cleaning is terrible, toiletries are replenished once upon arrival, you need to bring your own and that won't help either, as the shampoo brought with you will also be poured out. In the last days, they told us that the towels need to be dried, as there is a high occupancy and not enough of them, although the hotel is half empty.
