Overall, it's very good value for the money, but I don't recommend looking for them during the high season.

A clean hotel by the sea. There is a lot of staff working on the territory who constantly clean it, our room was cleaned daily. Smoking shisha is allowed on the territory, but with an additional fee of at least 20 euros. The towels can be exchanged daily. The restaurant Alja Kart was tasty, but nothing extraordinary there.

Today there was a varied entertainment program for the guests. The hotel was booked through a booking, received a promised complimentary bottle of wine 😅. Breakfasts were the same, lunch repeated, dinners were different. There is a spa salon, but services there are offered with a persistent fee.

There were many sunbeds, but it was difficult to find free ones, as people would leave their towels and head from the beach, half of the sunbeds were always empty. It seemed like people were taking them 🤪.

We stayed in late summer 2026, the hotel was crowded, but I can't say we lacked anything. The food was plentiful, drinks as well, alcohol literally flowed like a river. Many Russian-speaking staff, a bit more English-speaking would be preferable 🫣.

Near the pool, music was playing constantly, the disco ended at 24:00. There was a free late-night club transfer, the entrance for hotel guests was free, every day a different club, though they are all close. People kept talking and partying loudly until 4-5 am.

The price for the hotel was slightly inflated, but this can be understood since it was peak season, everyone wishes to rest and demand is very high 😊.

A disco played the same music every evening, it got boring, it is recommended to change it. At the reception, we were checked in by a guy who didn't speak English or Russian, he tried to help, but was very confused. There are leaflets available where you can learn about how the hotel operates in general.

Overall, many people were not satisfied, everything seemed off to them constantly complained about everything. They kept partying until 4-5 in the morning, playing their own music loudly and taking up the whole area, making the entire vacation hectic.

People fill their plates full at dinner and then complain they can't finish it all, according to physical fitness they simply cannot, they throw it away, and then write that something was lacking. They can't wait in a line for more than 5 minutes when the wine at the evening ended, constantly being rude to the staff. (There were incidents)

Люди нагрібають повні тарілки їжі ніби живуть останній день🤦🏻‍♀️ відповідно фізично з'їсти це все не можуть, викидають, а потім пишуть, що чогось не вистачило. Не можуть почекати в черзі 5 хвилин, коли вино закінчилось на вечері, постійно грубили персоналу. (Були випадки)

This is one of the best hotels in Kemer. I sincerely recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful: clean room, delicious food all day, remarkable beach and pool.

Constant canal smell, broken toilet every day, cockroach, food poisoning not surprising under these conditions. Unfortunately, my 2-year-old is still sick and suffering from stomach pains
