At first, we were placed in a room without a balcony, although when booking it was not indicated that there was a balcony. It was indicated as a standard room. Because of this, bathing suits did not dry, and we had to put on everything wet. They provide only one room key, so you cannot leave the air conditioner on, and when you return to the room, you sit in a sauna for about an hour because the air conditioners work very poorly. But the most interesting part started later. We entered the room and saw three giant cockroaches. Did they relocate us? Of course not. A chambermaid came and simply covered up the hole on the toilet seat with tape. Naturally, the cockroaches did not disappear anywhere, and for the remaining 4 days we could not use the toilet normally. I especially want to note the completely indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They just don't care about people. There is no frontline service at all, the food is not tasty. Even if this hotel cost three times cheaper, it would not be worth the money.

Everything was fine, the meals could have been a bit more varied, but we didn't go hungry. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the hotel grounds are also very nice.

The staff could be a bit friendlier with non-Russian guests.

Has numerous amenities, all of substandard quality.

Close to the beach, with great views of the mountains. The swimming pools were tidy, and there were activities for children.

The rooms are not clean, with some items broken or rusty.

The mattress and pillows are of poor quality.

Bathroom: the shower leaks everywhere due to the lack of a curtain or door, the shower gel and shampoo are unpleasant. There are no soap or clothes holders.

Internet access is charged at $10 per device for 3 days. Connecting an additional device requires payment and assistance from an administrator.

Food: appears to offer a wide variety but everything lacks taste and seems to be made from the cheapest ingredients available. All salads consist mainly of lettuce and carrots. The origin of the meat raised doubts.

The hotel is mostly Russian-oriented: the majority of music and guests are Russian.
