We had a great stay in the hotel, the staff was very accommodating. My friend had her birthday a few days before our stay and the staff were nice enough to gift us wine and fruits.

The food, both breakfast and dinner, was good, all drinks were complimentary. The staff was generally friendly.
Being repeatedly asked if you want a massage was unnecessary. Also unnecessary was an employee asking about the relationship between my guest and me.
Unbearable and the main reason not to book this hotel (as well as the neighboring hotels) anymore was the continuous noise from 10 am to midnight, only briefly interrupted, caused by extremely loud AI-techno music that penetrated into the hotel rooms. Once it was momentarily interrupted, noise from neighboring hotels would come through.
