AyseWe were generally very satisfied. There are inevitably some negatives in every hotel. But this is a hotel we can easily recommend to others.
We stayed in room number 5137 and both the room cleaning and minibar restocking were done flawlessly every day. All the staff were so kind and friendly that they were almost the reason we liked the hotel. Sena Hanım, Altan Bey, and Yusuf Bey from the animation team were extremely friendly and helpful. Even the waiters here were happier and more cheerful compared to other hotels. We were also very satisfied with the customer service. The service, attention, cleanliness, and activities were all top-notch. This is a hotel we can consider going back to without any doubt.
The only downside was that the variety of food options was sometimes very limited. We didn't go hungry, but since we have been to hotels with much more food variety, the food section here did not satisfy us much. But the meals and desserts served were very tasty. Additionally, we thought the sea was completely sandy, but unfortunately, there were many large rocks. We couldn't relax and swim comfortably due to the fear of hitting or injuring our feet while walking. Therefore, I can only mention the food options and the sea as the downsides.
