Fake 5-star hotel. The views are stunning, but the facilities are mediocre at best.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. It offers truly spectacular scenery, with magnificent mountains that look almost too perfect to be real—as if they were AI-generated. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking and one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
At night, the lights of Antalya glimmer and shimmer in the distance. The city sits at the foot of the mountains, creating a dramatic contrast between the urban skyline and the towering peaks above. It’s a genuinely awe-inspiring sight and, without question, the highlight of staying here.
If you're expecting a genuine five-star experience, I would honestly recommend looking elsewhere. In my opinion, this hotel is too good to be rated as a 3-star, but falls short of a 5-star. It could be considered a 3.5-star hotel at best.
The first issue was just getting there. Google Maps led us to two dead ends, with one ending at a mansion under construction. The roads were extremely narrow, and we ended up performing what felt like a 20-point turn while trying to avoid a flat tire. The hotel should provide guests with a recommended route before arrival. I would definitely not advise arriving at night.
The hotel has great potential, but the lack of maintenance is evident. There are dead plants left in pots, others are withering from lack of water, and the grounds feel neglected. Even the outdoor hanging egg chair had dirty cushions that appeared to have not been cleaned in years.
We reserved a Deluxe Suite after a 7-hour and 40-minute drive from Cappadocia, hoping to relax. Instead, we were sorely disappointed. I actually questioned whether our room had been cleaned at all.
We discovered a wine stain in the fridge, hair in the Jacuzzi, used shower gel bottles left behind, and the Jacuzzi itself was not functioning. The electrical outlets were not working, there was no Wi-Fi, the TV was out of order, the bed felt damaged and was extremely uncomfortable, and each time the toilet was flushed, the bathroom emitted a sewage odor. We were also provided with one bath towel and what seemed like two hand towels rolled up to resemble full-sized towels.
To be fair, the electricity was repaired—but only on our last night, which finally allowed us to charge our phones and access the internet.
We also spent 2,000 TL for dinner, and it was not worth it. I would suggest dining elsewhere. The staff seemed distant.
This place has the potential to be fantastic, but it seems like maintenance and housekeeping have been neglected for too long. If you're paying for a five-star hotel, this is not it.
