Very disappointing stay that did not meet basic hygiene standards.

Aside from the location, there was nothing I particularly liked about this stay.

The cleanliness and overall condition of the property were extremely poor and completely different from what was advertised. The room appeared to be only superficially cleaned - there were visible hairs on the bed from previous guests. The bathroom was in a very bad state, with dirty holders, an unclean mirror, and a damaged, rotting door frame.

The water was only lukewarm, not properly hot. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room and corridor, mainly of cigarette smoke, and the ventilation was covered in dust. The window was very dirty, which ruined the view.

The kettle contained mould, making it unusable, and the armchair was heavily stained and looked unhygienic. Most concerning, I found insects in the room that appeared to be cockroaches.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic hygiene standards and was completely misleading compared to the listing.
