A fairly normal hotel, the main advantage is the proximity to the sea and a beautiful beach. The room has cooking facilities. Friendly staff.
The hotel has only 2 rooms with a sea view (as stated), 405 on the 4th floor and 305 on the 3rd, and none of them have facilities for drying clothes on the balconies. Very poor breakfast for 500, and 700 liras. The restaurant is clean but has a very strong smell of cat urine from the street.

Location, it's literally two minutes walk to the beach and promenade. Friendly staff. If you don't plan to stay for just a couple of nights, it's not a bad place.
Building is starting to show its age. Some details of the furniture should be replaced. Also, separate air conditioner fee? Really? :)

Contrary to the accommodation description, there is a sofa bed (not very comfortable) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and only 1 single bed. No table

Hotel located on the seafront in a pedestrian area: no nearby parking. Parking possible 10 minutes away on foot in October, but in summer?
A lot of music (restaurants, bars) until 23h
