An absolutely flawless stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations!!!

Our main reason for booking this hotel was the swimming pool for our children. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the pool was closed. We were not informed in advance and did not receive any email or message about the closure. If we had known beforehand, we would have chosen a different hotel. This was very disappointing.

All the pools outside were not working and they did not mention this in the description. We went there and the outdoor pool was not functioning. There were no activities other than swimming, only.
They did not clean the rooms for a week.
