AnatoliiNice place, but our stay was not perfect
The location and the gardens were great. The house itself is very nice with a small porch. The beds were comfortable, and the house had air conditioning, which was very helpful. The hosts were friendly. The beach is nearby.
We arrived a bit late, at 9pm, feeling tired and wanting to sleep. During check-in, we did not receive any information about breakfast, wifi (we had to request it separately and wait for someone to come and provide it), and other details. Later, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room. I contacted the host, and he mentioned that he would send someone. After waiting for 20 minutes without anyone arriving, I had to personally check the valves at the back of the house, and unsurprisingly, the hot water valve was turned off. All of this gave us the impression that we were not welcome here. At least the host responded promptly and tried to fix the situation, but these matters should have been addressed and verified beforehand. Even though the house itself was pleasant, some areas (like the shower) were not cleaned thoroughly, and the towels had stains on them.

The staff was very friendly and kind. They allowed us to do a late check out. Very beautiful surroundings. Our room was quite new, spacious and comfortable.

The service is excellent. The hotel is new. You need to walk around 5-10 minutes to get to the beach. You do have a market close by.
