Staff very friendly and helpful.

Animation was poor and the food was not very good either. Most dishes lacked labeling. For example, there were 4-5 types of yogurt for breakfast, but we didn't know what they contained - especially considering those with allergies.

Exceptional

The location is very good, only 200 meters from the beach, friendly staff, clean room with quiet air conditioning, varied food, indoor pool with cool water

Unique

The staff is unique, very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Everyone working there consistently conveys the feeling of having come home. Our sea-view room was very well equipped. Everything was very well-maintained and clean. The minibar in the room was refilled fresh every day.

The food was very varied and delicious. Even as vegetarians, we had a lot of choices. The waiters are all very attentive.

We are not pool-goers, but prefer the beach and sea. It takes about 350 meters to walk to the beach. However, we already knew that beforehand. Drinks are offered at the beach. They also took excellent care of us there.

The hotel is very centrally located. It takes about half an hour to walk from the hotel along the beach promenade to the historic old town.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. When Fatih escorted us to the door and waved goodbye yesterday, I was sure that I will go back there next year.

Pleasant

The servers only pay attention to you if you slip them a tip... the buffet at the restaurant is the same every day, very little variation except for the Turkish themed day... at the restaurant, a freshly squeezed orange juice for 2 euros in an 'ultra all inclusive' package!!

The overall quality of services does not justify the hotel's rates...
