Pleasant

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the beach and spent the entire day there.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning was effective.

The cleanliness could certainly be better. It is quite basic. Additionally, the food variety, particularly in terms of meat, could be slightly improved. During our 7-night stay, we only had fish once. The selection of meat dishes remained the same every day.

Even before my arrival, the stay started very positively. I received a nice email from the hotel and my request for a room with a balcony in an absolutely quiet location was accommodated without any problems. For this, a big thank you - it's exactly these little things that make the difference.

The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. From the first minute, I felt welcome and well taken care of. The entire property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation.

I would like to particularly highlight the entire team: the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. You can tell that everyone here works well together and functions hand in hand. The service was always pleasant and professional - you simply feel well taken care of all around.

The entertainment also deserves a big compliment. The team ensures with a lot of joy, commitment, and good mood that there is no boredom, without being intrusive.

The food was also excellent. The selection was diverse, the quality was good, and there was something for every taste.

For me, it was a completely successful holiday with a real feel-good factor. The Alessia Hotel offers a true all-around carefree package and I would love to come back. Many thanks to the entire team for the great time!
