Unfortunately did not meet the expectations.

Proximity to the beach, water slides,

Many of the staff were unfortunately not very friendly, most do not speak any or poor English. A "security manager" named Mevlut was very unfriendly to the children and adults at the beach.

Cleaning and comfort okay, but service and the food were definitely not of a 5-star hotel

The hotel was not 5-star... I would say maximum 4 stars

No service at the pool

The food was very similar, and the selection was very limited compared to other 5-star hotels. The food tasted like nothing.

The staff did what they could, but most were very inexperienced...
