I did not feel secure in the hotel room as it was unclean.

The room is relatively new, with a swimming pool and decent amenities. However, there were some 'buts'...

The room was extremely unclean, not only in our room. The hotel declined to send housekeeping until the following day, and upon arrival, they did not carry out a thorough clean. The cleaners did not have access keys for the main entry, so they entered through a balcony without permission. Subsequently, we felt unsafe and vacated the hotel.

Didn't like it! Think well before deciding to stay at this hotel!

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from bus stop 8. You can reach the city and in the opposite direction the bus stop towards Lara Beach beaches.

When booking the hotel, they asked me for special recommendations: I wrote that I won't have mobile internet, asked to send me check-in instructions in 3 hours, because the time difference was 2 hours. I would have received it before my flight! But I received the instructions at 21:06 when I was in Turkey. Why ask if I didn't get the result? .... In the shower there are constant temperature changes. 1 minute boiling and 5 minutes cold water. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. The room seems modern, but everything is not designed for comfort! There is no place to cook food, all the equipment is inconveniently located. The staff didn't show up during the week.

The check-in instructions were easy to follow.

The room looks like in the photos, but that's about it - just appearances. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived and when we asked for help from the host, he always said he would send a team to look at it, but in 9 days, that never happened. There are issues with the hot water - if you get lucky, you might get about 30 seconds of it, then ice-cold water for most of the showers.

Towels and linen were stained, and when we asked for new fresh ones, we had the same response from the host - 'yes, in 2 hours' but that never happened either.

The sink is leaking from beneath, the bathroom door is nearly falling apart, the grill provided in the kitchenette has shut down the power in the flat when plugged in.

For people who are light sleepers, the neighbours' dogs are constantly barking just next to the windows.

Altogether, if you don't stay too much in the room and you have a lot of patience, the flat is okayish, but definitely not what is advertised!!
