The entire staff is friendly, customer-oriented, speaking Russian, English, German, and Polish languages. The hotel is very cozy and quiet. The territory is fenced and clean. The rooms are clean, cozy, with good soundproofing, and have their own terrace. The room includes a hairdryer, free mini-bar; daily cleaning. There is a cozy pool area with loungers, a bar (serving various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). There is a spa area: sauna, massage. The beach is clean, with enough loungers for everyone. The entry into the sea is rocky. In the evenings, there are show programs: dancers, singers are invited (lasting for a short time - around an hour).
Everything is good.

Great hotel, but partially (!) disappointing staff.
Overall, we had a relaxing stay. The hotel is a quiet Adults Only hotel located directly on the beach and is suitable for those seeking relaxation. The beach is clean, there are always enough sunbeds available, so no reservation is necessary. The food was consistently fresh, varied, and international. In the evenings, there was regular entertainment, such as live music or belly dancing. The audience is mostly older but pleasant, relaxed, and considerate. We can also recommend the hamam and spa area. The staff there do a very good job and take their time.
We traveled as two friends and apparently did not belong to the typical guest structure, which mainly consists of couples. There was a problem right at check-in because our room did not correspond to the description and pictures on Booking. The room description and the photos showed a sofa bed, which was not present in the assigned room. When we asked politely if there was a solution or a gesture of goodwill, the hotel manager reacted completely unprofessionally. He raised his voice, shouted at us, called us profiteers in Turkish, and behaved condescendingly and disrespectfully. A rational conversation was not possible.
The second incident was even more serious. My friend and I took an evening walk on the beach and separated for a short time. A hotel employee then sought us out and found me, visibly drunk, alone on the beach. He confronted me aggressively, asking why I was alone, where my friend was, and stated that it bothered him. At the same time, he said he had wanted to spend the evening with us (although this was never agreed upon or had any significant interaction with him). This situation was very frightening for me. I was alone at night with an intoxicated man on the beach and made it clear that I felt uncomfortable, which he could not understand. The next morning, I reported the incident at the reception. I was only informed that the staff member in question was related to the hotel manager and therefore nothing would likely happen. I found this reaction disappointing.
The hotel itself has many strengths and is suitable for couples who want to spend a quiet beach vacation. However, as a solo female traveler or a group of friends, based on our experiences, I would not recommend this hotel.
