Disappointing. Not recommended at all.

Nothing in particular.

The hotel seems old and dated. Any additional amenities like WiFi and pool snacks incur additional charges. We were accommodated on the 1st floor and experienced noise in the mornings. The paid WiFi service is also of poor quality.

The hotel room I booked was not the same as described on booking. I had booked a room for 4 people with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. But we got one with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The hotel claimed it was a booking error because that type of room did not exist at the hotel. It was a pure disappointment. We were told the hotel had its own beach in Ölüdeniz, which was not entirely true as they seemed to have borrowed part of the beach area from another hotel named Green Pine Beach. Sunshine only had a shuttle to the beach once at 11 a.m. and back from the beach at 4 p.m. I informed the reception that we preferred to drive there ourselves in our car, and we were told we were welcome to do so. The distance from the hotel to the beach is 7 km, and it took us 2.15 hours to get there due to heavy traffic. Upon arrival, we found out we had to pay for parking and to access the beach because we arrived after 11 a.m. We were informed it was forbidden to bring food and drinks as they had to be purchased from the hotel Sunshine borrowed the beach from. We were unaware of all this before reaching the beach. It should also be mentioned that we had an all-inclusive stay. It is pure fraud. We chose to return to Sunshine, canceled our stay, and paid for the night we stayed. We do not recommend this place, very poor. The buffet is very poor. Everything has been cut back. Pure disappointment and waste of our holiday. Never again. Several guests who had booked this place through booking left the premises disappointed and canceled their bookings.
