Enjoy your stay

The dishes were good and varied.

The staff was attentive and smiling.

Many activities available for all ages.

Soundproofing of the rooms and some equipment starting to get old.

Excellent hotel but very poorly insulated rooms

The service, the staff, the restaurant, the hotel's amenities and its location: everything was perfect at this level.

A special mention for Songul the housekeeper and for Samet the waiter at the restaurant who are particularly kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed, we could hear everything from the rooms next door and the mattresses are not comfortable. We have a sleep debt, too bad because everything else is impeccable but this will make us hesitate to come back because of this....

Also, the air conditioning is too strong despite the settings in the room and also too strong on the R floor leading to the pools.
