Exceptional

Everything was great! The staff was polite and friendly, the pools were clean, spa procedures and massages were remarkable - a big plus for this. Thank you! The room cleaning and minibar restocking were done daily. The food was diverse, with fresh tasty products, and interesting themed dinners. Good entertainment program. Looking forward to coming back again!
One thing that I really didn't like was the behavior of some guests. Completely rude and disrespectful children were running around the restaurant, knocking over things from elderly people's tables, grabbing watermelons and melons with their hands, then throwing them back. Where were the parents of these children??? There was another incident on the beach, a 15+ zone, when a mom with noisy kids and a stroller arrived. I have nothing against moms with kids, but in a hotel located 400 meters from the beach and 20 meters from a quiet beach section where it is clearly stated in several languages that entry is for ages 15 and older, why are they allowed there? My suggestion to the staff is to be less lenient with people who go against the rules.

Excellent

Overall impression:
Beautiful hotel for the money. Everything is very well thought out.
Grounds:
Large, always very clean, well maintained, lots of greenery, five restaurants, three beach bars and several more on the grounds. Snack bar always full of food - fish, pizza, pasta, fruits, pastries. In a separate restaurant, they cook paella, in another, burgers. There is a Starbucks (cozy), a small cafe-bakery with tables in the shade of trees. You can always get ice cream.
There are refrigerators with bottled water on the premises. All hours on the grounds display the exact time with a deviation of not more than a minute. The beach is large, with a shallow slope and very clean water. Besides sun loungers, there are separate tents for rent, and piers are available.
There is a spa center where you can be pampered, massaged, but this is for an extra charge and for enthusiasts. I haven't been there, so I can't comment.
Animations and various outdoor activities - barrel, darts, pneumatic gun shooting, pool games. There is a kids' club and a mini-disco. There is a separate corner for hookah lovers. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor bars; the snack bar is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas.
Food:
This is the hotel's strong point. The food is very high quality, tasty, fresh, and varied. The cuisine is top-notch! Everyone can find a dish to their liking - there are always soups, porridges, meat, vegetables, a variety of cheeses, pastries, grilled fish, grills, various desserts. Turkish cucumbers are magnificent, incomparable to ours. The pastries and bakery items are excellent and very tasty.
For lunch and dinner, there is wine - local, unpretentious, but you can't expect better wine in a Turkish 5-star. As table wine, it's not great, but it's drinkable. There is only one beer in Turkey - "Efes," which personally suits me.
If I had to name one negative, it would be only one - coffee. The coffee is terrible, including in the lovely cafe-bakery. I don't know why. Perhaps they buy the cheapest coffee, or maybe they store it incorrectly. In any case, it's impossible to drink. However, if you're used to Starbucks coffee, you'll find it passable.
In general - this is a beautiful hotel, highly recommended!
В остальном - это прекрасный отель, очень рекомендую!
