Great location and impressive, well-maintained building. Friendly and helpful staff. This is truly a five star boutique experience.
They have a mini gym but sometimes they turn off the machines and don't know how to turn them on. It's not a big deal but needs attention. Also, they should have lactose-free milk (or almond or oat milk) for coffee.

The staff, location, cleanliness, safety, security, and air conditioning system in the room were excellent!
The room lighting needs improvement; the rooms are quite dark at night.

Loved everything during my stay. Clean hotel, lovely room, friendly and multilingual receptionist, central location, fast WiFi. Room service food quality is good and very fair price. 10/10 hotel, I strongly recommend it!
