Ms. Demirpolat at the reception was very friendly. She always carefully noted our complaints and forwarded them to the relevant departments.

The location of the hotel is also good.

For the second time, we were wrongly accused of using the minibar at this hotel. The fact that the same incident happened again after two years speaks, in our view, to significant "communication deficiencies" between housekeeping and reception.

Despite our complaint via email, we received no response or apology.

The room cleaning was also inadequate: toilet paper and shower gel were not refilled in part, and the rooms smelled unpleasant.

The handling of our justified criticism was disappointing. Due to these experiences, we unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel.
