AmandaMy stay was overall excellent, with just a few issues with the key cards for the room.
The hotel was close to the airport.
The key cards would occasionally stop working for the door.

Excellent airport hotel with great staff
I had a very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, which makes it very convenient for early flights or late arrivals. There is also a taxi station nearby, and a taxi usually arrives within 2-3 minutes whenever needed.
The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the option to choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms. This is becoming quite rare nowadays, and it was great to have the choice available.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the airport.

Real disappointment, breakfast is below any Turkish and European standards, somewhat similar to a US 3-star hotel like Holiday Inn. The food is quite artificial with no taste. The WiFi did not work, and GPS directed us to a completely different location despite following the instructions sent by the hotel via email with a vague subject. Who reads such hotel emails? Overall, not a good experience for the money, especially when compared to hotels like Radisson in Kayseri. This was the worst hotel on my trip, despite being the most expensive.
The GPS does not display the correct location, and the breakfast is really poor compared to local and European standards. It's like the artificial breakfast at a US Holiday Inn. The WiFi did not work properly, or at all. There was really no reason to choose this hotel. It was the worst experience during my Turkish trip this year, despite being the most expensive accommodation, even compared to the Radisson.
