Good location, convenient to bars and restaurants.
Despite booking a quadruple room months in advance, we were accommodated in 2 separate double rooms.

I really liked the spacious room with a large workspace and convenient outlet placement. The hotel staff is very polite and responsive. The location is ideal: 15-20 minutes walk to the city center (Kyzylay area) and metro, and there are many popular brand shops, bars, and restaurants with excellent Turkish food on the same street and around.
There are no serious downsides, everything was satisfactory.
Sometimes there were minor technical issues with the plumbing, but it did not spoil the overall impression of the stay.

The entire hotel staff was absolutely fabulous and kind to me. Since I had a sprained ankle and had difficulty getting around, everyone helped and supported me. They were all adorable and patient with me, I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
