Good location, shops nearby and friendly staff.

Quite central, walking distance to small shops nearby and to the city. Friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The climate control made noise. Woke up several times at night, but also had to have it on because it was cold in the room.

Not satisfactory

Solely the positioning

Currently lodging at your establishment, encountered a couple of problems. Initially, the air conditioning unit in my lodging was fixed at 28°C, and despite multiple pleas, no technician arrived promptly.

Additionally, a female receptionist made disrespectful comments about us in Turkish, presuming I didn’t comprehend. When I addressed her courteously, she disregarded me and walked away.

This conduct was distressing, particularly as we consistently showed respect. Conversely, the young male team member was extremely courteous and proficient.

Lovely hotel and staff

I particularly liked the style and decoration of the hotel. All the staff, without exception, were lovely and very professional. The hotel is well located. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Apart from the location and the hotel staff, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Only staff

Everything was wrong except the hotel staff. The hotel always smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all and always smelled and could not be cleaned. The breakfast was at the level of a three-star hotel. A very ordinary three-star hotel.
