Very good

It's my first time when I see what means term 'service' in the hotel - the staff really friendly, and try to make sure you're okay

The staff member come to refill your coffee at breakfast, also not me carried heavy suitcase but young man from hotel staff did. Administrator also was very polite and helpful

I like the interior design, it's modern but rather calm. For 3-stars-rated hotels its very good

Also every day you provided with bottled drinking water, which is very important in summer time

Well, some facilities needs renovation, but nothing crucial and everything is working

The bathroom was very old and moldy. And not clean at all.

Suitable for a short stay

Decent hotel, but a bit distant from attractions.

Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The room was large with ample storage space and a safe.

Pillows were uneven and not particularly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, fluctuating between excessively hot and cold. The hotel is quite remote from attractions in Ankara, so transportation via car or taxi is necessary. However, Anatkule tower is conveniently nearby. The location was inconvenient for us, as finding vegetarian food in Ankara was challenging.
