The rooms are very bad, they do not accept unmarried couples, even though there is a reservation, the staff is unfriendly, it is never a hotel to go with family

The room was tidy and there was unlimited tea provided.
Similarly to what others have noted, we encountered an issue with the room upon check-in. Despite booking a room for two individuals, we were surprised to find out that my reservation was listed in their system as one bed in a multi-bed male room. I believe this was a translation error or a system glitch between the hotel and the booking platform. Consequently, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a double room for two people (the exact arrangement we believed we had reserved).
Furthermore, the bathrooms were unclean and the shower lacked warm water and a proper storage unit for toiletries.
