Awful

Nothing, the staff ruined my holiday.

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic English communication skills. One staff member, who claimed to be the manager, used offensive language, which is entirely unacceptable. He said AMK in Turkish to me which means F your mother.

The state of the room was shocking. The toilet was dirty, the beds had hair on them, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. To make matters worse, the breakfast was of very poor quality, and the service was disorganised. For the €400 I paid for two nights, this was an absolute disappointment.

I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. If the owner happens to read this, I urge them to take serious action, especially with the morning shift staff, who contributed to this unpleasant experience. Save your money and book elsewhere for a better stay.
