Good staff, plenty of staff so you were helped a lot. Food was good. Rooms were clean.
Too crowded, in my opinion the pool is too small otherwise everything was okay.

Great family entertainment and amazing staff, but the hotel requires significant maintenance and modernisation to truly shine.

The entertainment and animation programmes for both children and adults were excellent. The children's facilities were a big draw for us, including pools, a funfair, car rides, and a kids' club. These are especially beneficial for families and make the journey from Antalya Airport worthwhile. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay - hardworking, helpful, attentive, and quick to assist. The food was generally delicious, and we had a pleasant family holiday experience overall.
For a hotel promoted as 5-star, there are several areas that urgently require upgrades. On our second day, there were frequent power cuts and guests were getting stuck in the lifts, which was worrying. With only six lifts for a large and busy hotel, waiting for them was often frustrating.
The rooms and interiors would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the carpets and general decor. We stayed in a family suite for six people, but having only one shower and toilet was impractical, and the balcony was small. Despite requesting an upgrade, it was not acknowledged.
Although the food was enjoyable, there could be more variety and improved options. Some of the children's play equipment and slides require urgent maintenance. We observed damaged poles and areas where paint/material was peeling off, which could be hazardous. The beach area could also be cleaner and more contemporary.
The small on-site market charged extremely high prices. Overall, the staff deserve credit for their hard work, but I believe the management and owners should invest more in maintaining and modernising the hotel. Many families choose this hotel for its facilities, but in its current state, I would personally rate its overall standard closer to 3-star than 5-star.
